Our main tenets are ecology and sustainability, democracy and human rights, self-determination and justice. The role of our foreign offices is to engage in political dialogues and observations, offer regional expertise, and implement and coordinate projects in the field of Ecology & Energy, Democratization and Peace & Security. We are supporting and strengthening participation, pluralism and the rule of law in the region.
